Project PB
Prepare for what matters.
Choose the running event you want to prepare for. We build your preparation around it — a starting-point assessment, a plan that adapts to your week, a coach reading it, and a community to train with on Saturdays.
Who this is for
What you're paying for
The assessment happens at Belong, Indiranagar, run by their coaches. You leave with your zones, your screen results and — after we've talked it through — your first plan, in TrainingPeaks. Your account is included.
Then, your weekYour plan lives in TrainingPeaks, built around your event and the days you actually have. Your watch syncs each run to it, so the coach sees what you did without you sending anything.
After every run, you get feedback — within 24 hours. Pace against your zones. How it felt against how it looked. Whether next week stays as planned or changes.
Missed Tuesday because of a client dinner? Say so on WhatsApp. Next week is built from what you actually did, not from the template.
Every Saturday, 6:30 in the morning, at Kanteerava Stadium. Rajneesh is there.
Everyone warms up together and starts together. Then each person runs their own session, from their own plan — someone building to a first 10K next to someone eight weeks from a marathon. Different finish lines, same morning.
You leave knowing what the next week looks like.
Your last weeks change shape: the load comes down, and the plan turns into fuelling, pacing for your zones, and what to do on the morning. Before the race, a call with your coach to walk through it.
On the morning, you aren't guessing. You're running the plan you prepared for.
More than a training plan
You already have the data. The difference is who reads it.
Technology helps us measure progress. People guide preparation.
Your guide
He spent over a decade in investment banking before discovering endurance sport.
Like the people he prepares, he understands demanding careers and limited time. He believes thoughtful preparation beats blind volume.
A credible guide — not because he is an elite athlete, but because he has lived the journey himself.
Certifications in progress — this panel will be updated as each is completed.

Events we prepare for
A few of the races on our calendar, and the distances people set out for — 5K, 10K, 21.1K, 42.2K. These are examples, not a menu: your event can be one of these, or another road race you tell us about.
Races on the calendar
This race has been run — organiser-reported turnout. We’ll list the 2027 edition when its date is announced.
Or start with the distance
Not on this list?We prepare people for road-running events, from a first 5K to a full marathon. Tell us the race on your application and we'll say honestly whether we can get you ready for it.

₹5,000 + GST assessment
then ₹4,000 + GST a month — your plan, feedback after every run, Saturdays — for two to six months
Pick your event and its date to see an estimate for you.
Your preparation runs until your event, up to six months. This is an estimate — your coach confirms the appropriate preparation period after your assessment. Nothing is charged until after we've spoken.
Applying costs nothing. If we don't think we can get you ready, we'll say so.
This is our first group. Twenty runners, one coach, different finish lines and different timelines. We're keeping it small because attention doesn't scale — and because we'd rather get twenty people to their start lines properly than two hundred approximately.
